I have set up a manufacturing company, achieved BRC Level 7, Grade A in our first year of operation and Level 8 Grade AA at the end of our second year, achieved High Potential Start-up in our first year of operation, created three brands which have been sold in Ireland, the UK and Europe to foodservice, retail, online and export.

I want to bring my wealth of experience to you to help you develop your knowledge and deliver solutions around manufacturing, exporting, BRC, food safety, research, marketing and scaling.

My programmes include advice and guidance on bringing new products to market, LEAN, branding, trends and new technologies in packaging and processes.

With a BSc in Process Technologies and a BSc Honours in Food Science & Technology I can assist with the technical aspects of your new product development, product or process issues, ingredient substitution, preservation and microbiological results.

I advise, mentor and train in HACCP, Food Safety, quality management systems, Standard Operating Procedures, specifications and declarations, food contamination prevention and control, allergens and traceability.
